Participation Guidelines

We welcome your comments about any of the posts on the Hub. We would like to keep discussion as healthy and constructive as possible, so please be aware of these guidelines when posting.

There are some things we would rather not see appear on the hub. Therefore, comments which meet any of the conditions below and the For Tomorrow Online Hub User Terms are considered abuse and Eurostar reserves the right to remove them.

• Material which is irrelevant to the topic of the post.
• Multiple postings of the same message.
• Material in any language other than English (including text talk).
• Hate speech, including but not limited to, racism, sexism, homophobia, incitement to violence and personal attacks on others.
• Obscene language and profanity.
• Personal attacks on any other user.
• Unsolicited commercial advertising (i.e. 'spam') for a product or service.
• Material whose publication is considered illegal in the United Kingdom, including but not limited to, defamation, breach of copyright or contempt of court.
• False impersonation of another person, or any other attempt to commit identity fraud.
• Disclosure of any person's contact details (such as telephone numbers and email addresses), including your own.

If you think a comment on the site breaches any of the conditions above then you can report it to hub.admin@eurostar.co.uk

In order to help us keep discussions friendly and to reduce the risk of false impersonation, every person who submits material for publication on the site must supply a valid email address. When you sign up, we will validate your email address before you can post. All submissions you make will be subject to moderation before publication on the site.
